Do you accept insurance?
I am In Network with BCBS PPO, Aetna and United/Optum.
What if you don't accept my insurance or I don't want to use insurance?
No problem. I can provide you with a detailed summary of our work called a superbill that you can submit to insurance to potentially off-set some of the cost.  You can also choose not to use insurance and pay privately.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are around 50 minutes.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, please provide notice within 24 hours to avoid the session fee of $150.
What can I expect from the therapy process?
In our initial meeting, we'll talk about what brought you in, present symptoms, and address any concerns or questions you have. The therapeutic process depends on each person's needs, and what they're wanting to accomplish.
